If you will be having out of town guests join you to witness and help celebrate your Big Day, be sure to put together a nice “welcome bag” for them to enjoy! This is a very simple idea that will go a long way for your out of town guests. You can also offer transportation for those guests so that they won’t have the added stress of renting a car and navigating the GPS to get from the hotel to the ceremony location and then to the reception venue and back to where they will be staying. A shuttle bus is great way to take care of this detail! They can generally be booked with the same company that your limo comes from to make planning a bit easier for you. Imagine how thoughtful your guests will think you are for just handling that small detail for them! The welcome bag is also a nice touch since they may not be familiar with the town. You can add a timeline for them so that they can know where and when events will be and the times and locations for pick up and drop off for the shuttle bus. A few small items like bottled water, Tylenol and granola bars are a nice touch for the morning after a night of celebrating the newlyweds!  You can also consider adding a map of town and possibly some site seeing ideas as a helpful way to ensure that your guests have a great time during their stay!
