Wenning's Wedding Tip Wednesday
It’s almost the end of 2020 and there is ONE WORD that really defines whether you are in or out as a business, and that word is stability. Wedding planning is difficult enough. Wedding planning in 2020 has been a mountain for brides and grooms everywhere. How can you foresee if that company you talked to a month ago is still even in business? It’s so vitally important for you to research your vendors to see if they have been able to hold down the fort through this pandemic, and what their plans are to excel in the future.
Stability Equals Experience
Wenning Entertainment has been around almost 30 years. We’ve gone through highs and lows, and we had the experience to withstand this past year and come out on top. Can the same be said for other vendors? Vendors who have only been around a year or two might not have the backup plans and security to offer the same great service they once did. Look into these companies and be sure to ask the hard questions. How have they handled their business this past year? What have they learned about the changing tides now that weddings, or any large gathering, are looked at very differently this year?
Stability Equals Estate
Where is your vendor located? In a private office space? In their parents’ basement? Consider where your vendor does business. This could be relative to their strength in the industry. Now, you can’t fault businesses that don’t need a standalone office. However, for the businesses that should have an office, observe this vendor and if they try to hide the fact that they lack one. This could lead to the hiding of even more information.
With that, we here at Wenning Entertainment want to wish you and your family a Happy New Year! Take this time to enjoy those around you and reflect on all the positive moments of the year. Now you can look forward to a happy married life and hopefully a covid-free wedding reception!
