The Kids Table, One Step Further

Have you ever heard of an activities coordinator? If you have children and are bringing them to a reception party, consider hiring one to lookout for your children!

All month long we will be discussing tips on reception ideas and to help coordinate the perfect wedding.

This week we will be talking about the kids table and taking it one step further.

Are you wondering what to do with the children that were invited to a reception party? To also organize it accordingly so that they are not distracting their parents.  You want them to be able to have a good time but make sure that someone is always watching them.

Why not consider hiring someone?  Hire someone you believe will be good with your children and be able to keep them occupied for a couple of hours during the reception party.  That person will be the activities director where they can take the children to a different room away from everyone else and spend time with them.  Whether it is coloring or playing with bubbles, it lets them have fun and be the center of the attention.  The last thing you want to worry about is where your child is or ruining your night babysitting them while everyone else is enjoying their time.

If the children are having fun than they will want to stay longer and won’t even think about the time.  The parents are able to go off and be with friends having a good time without stressing over what their kids are doing.
